When I am so busy I always forget to take some time for a proper lunch. At the end of the day just before dinner I am so hungry that I grab food and at the time dinner is ready I am not hungry anymore. That is not a good habit and I try to change that. Today I set the alarm at lunchtime and forced myself to make a proper lunch and to eat it not in front of the computer, also a bad habit. I can tell you that my lunch tasted better not eating it in front of the computer and I even felt that such a brake is better for my inspiration. That is a good thing. You work will be more effective within less hours when you take enough rest in between.
